Our ExecFit program has been designed for people who want to get the best out of themselves, both physically/mentally and across the board in business and in life.
The 10-week program has been created specifically to improve your fitness, strength and conditioning as well as kick your overall focus and motivation into a high performance mindset.
ExecFit is not your typical boot camp. Our approach is specifically for committed, driven professionals looking for a professional hands-on, practical program that’s short, sharp and specific for 45 minutes 3 times a week for ten weeks.

With a mix of real-life scenario’s and military like training activities that not only tests your body but your mind as well, ExecFit has been designed to challenge the way you think to create a Warrior Mindset. Strong mind, strong body.
A big part of the training is mindset work – specifically learning how to get into a high performance state. Using the same techniques the elite military and elite sports teams use to trigger a positive thought process with visualization, you create physiological adaptations that allow you to perform without distractions at a high tempo.
More than just a boot camp – our program is part fitness, part wellness – created specifically for the busy corporate professional lifestyle allowing for travel, entertainment and a jam-packed schedule with limited free time.
On top of the standard program, a personalised 10-week plan is designed for your individual goals so you get the best possible results in the shortest possible time frame.
We design specialised training programs that include nutrition and diet plans that can be tailored for travel, and your individual fitness goals and requirements.
Because of the calibre of people drawn to the program, ExecFit is also an opportunity to network with like-minded professionals.
Definitely not for the faint hearted, but participants don’t need to start with a high degree of physical fitness or any specific previous training; a healthy dose of commitment and a willingness to learn are essential though.
We also offer a team option, either stand-alone as a 10-week package or as a part of a customised ExecLead & ExecTeam program.
If your team participate in the ExecFit program, we also do assessments that provide insight into individual and team performance factors as well.

ExecFit is run from the Brothers Rugby Club in Albion 6 days a week at 5:15am for 45 minutes a session.
When you join a 10-week program we do an initial assessment and create your individual program and after the 10-week program we do another assessment which shows exactly how much progress you’ve made.
Over the ten weeks you attend 3 sessions a week that fit in with your work and travel schedule.
The timetable has been designed for either a Mon | Wed | Friday or a Tue | Thur | Sat split – but if your schedule doesn’t allow for that you can attend another session instead.
